In alcune aziende, per\u00f2, i dipendenti usano spesso occhiali privati \u200b\u200bvecchi e scartati, che per lo pi\u00f9 hanno ancora lenti della forza sbagliata. Anche con processi di lavoro ordinari e di routine esiste il rischio che ad es. B. schegge di metallo, schegge di legno o liquidi entrano negli occhi. Le menomazioni visive permanenti fino alla completa cecit\u00e0 possono essere le conseguenze di lesioni. Pertanto, il datore di lavoro deve fornire un&#8217;adeguata protezione degli occhi. La velocit\u00e0 della sfera d&#8217;acciaio \u00e8 di circa 5,1 m\/s. Dopo il test, il materiale viene esaminato per eventuali rotture o deformazioni.<\/p>\n<h4>Test di bombardamento \u2013 Impatto a bassa energia (F) e impatto a media energia (B)<\/h4>\n<p>La montatura o la lente degli occhiali testata deve resistere all&#8217;impatto di una sfera d&#8217;acciaio con un diametro nominale di 6 mm e un peso di almeno 0,86 g. Nel processo di prova per l&#8217;energia pi\u00f9 bassa \u201cF\u201d, la velocit\u00e0 della sfera d&#8217;acciaio \u00e8 \u2265 45 m\/s. Nel processo di prova per l&#8217;energia media \u201cB\u201d, la velocit\u00e0 della sfera d&#8217;acciaio \u00e8 \u2265 120 m\/s. Dopo il test, il materiale viene esaminato per eventuali rotture o deformazioni.<\/p>\n<h4>Infiammabilit\u00e0<\/h4>\n<p>L&#8217;estremit\u00e0 di un&#8217;asta di acciaio viene riscaldata ad una temperatura \u2265 650\u00b0C. La superficie riscaldata viene premuta sulla montatura o sulla lente degli occhiali testati. Il materiale non deve quindi n\u00e9 accendersi n\u00e9 continuare a brillare entro 5 secondi.<\/p>\n<h4>Resistenza alle temperature elevate\/all&#8217;invecchiamento<\/h4>\n<p>I bicchieri testati vengono posti in un forno\/scaldavivande nella consueta posizione d&#8217;uso per 60 minuti ad una temperatura di 55\u00b0C. Questo viene quindi controllato per deformazioni, invecchiamento e cambiamenti visivi.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"nav fusion-mobile-tab-nav\"><ul class=\"nav-tabs\" role=\"tablist\"><li role=\"presentation\"><a class=\"tab-link\" data-toggle=\"tab\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"tab-9aa9badaf3bbf90d9e6\" aria-selected=\"false\" tabindex=\"-1\" id=\"mobile-fusion-tab-ulteriorimetodidiprovaperlemontaturedegliocchiali\" href=\"#tab-9aa9badaf3bbf90d9e6\"><h4 class=\"fusion-tab-heading\">Ulteriori metodi di prova per le montature degli occhiali<\/h4><\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"tab-pane fade fusion-clearfix\" role=\"tabpanel\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-labelledby=\"fusion-tab-ulteriorimetodidiprovaperlemontaturedegliocchiali\" id=\"tab-9aa9badaf3bbf90d9e6\">\n<h4>Resistenza alla corrosione<\/h4>\n<p>Il telaio da testare viene posto in una soluzione bollente di cloruro di sodio per 15 minuti. Quindi immergere in una soluzione di cloruro di sodio a temperatura ambiente per altri 15 minuti. Per l&#8217;ispezione visiva, questo viene risciacquato e asciugato. Durante la valutazione, le superfici di tutte le parti metalliche devono essere lisce e prive di corrosione.<\/p>\n<h4>Campo visivo<\/h4>\n<p>La montatura degli occhiali deve avere un campo visivo sufficiente. A questo scopo vengono simulate direzioni di visione definite utilizzando un laser su una testa di prova standardizzata. La versione \u00e8 consentita solo se viene rispettata l&#8217;area visiva minima chiaramente definita.<\/p>\n<h4>Zona di protezione\/copertura laterale<\/h4>\n<p>Analogamente alla misurazione del campo visivo per le montature, la protezione laterale sulla montatura degli occhiali non deve limitare eccessivamente il campo visivo di chi li indossa. Inoltre, deve coprire particolarmente bene il lato dell&#8217;occhio in modo che nessun corpo estraneo possa colpire lateralmente l&#8217;occhio.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"nav fusion-mobile-tab-nav\"><ul class=\"nav-tabs\" role=\"tablist\"><li role=\"presentation\"><a class=\"tab-link\" data-toggle=\"tab\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"tab-c20be53e4924bfcb72b\" aria-selected=\"false\" tabindex=\"-1\" id=\"mobile-fusion-tab-ulteriorimetodidiprovaperlentiperocchiali\" href=\"#tab-c20be53e4924bfcb72b\"><h4 class=\"fusion-tab-heading\">Ulteriori metodi di prova per lenti per occhiali<\/h4><\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"tab-pane fade fusion-clearfix\" role=\"tabpanel\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-labelledby=\"fusion-tab-ulteriorimetodidiprovaperlentiperocchiali\" id=\"tab-c20be53e4924bfcb72b\">\n<h4>Resistenza ai danni provocati da piccole particelle<\/h4>\n<p>Test di gocciolamento della sabbia: 3 kg di sabbia di quarzo naturale di una classe di grana definita vengono spruzzati attraverso un setaccio sulla lente degli occhiali da una distanza di 170 cm attraverso un tubo di scarico (diametro 12 cm, altezza 165 cm). La lente viene quindi testata utilizzando un test ottico della luce diffusa (vedere luce diffusa).<\/p>\n<h4>Resistenza all&#8217;invecchiamento alle radiazioni UV<\/h4>\n<p>La lente testata viene esposta alle radiazioni di una potente lampada UV per un periodo di 50 ore. Si simula la conservazione e\/o l&#8217;utilizzo di occhiali protettivi con lenti per un periodo di circa 2 anni alla luce del sole. Successivamente viene misurato se la trasmissione e la luce diffusa soddisfano gli standard specificati.<\/p>\n<h4>Filtro protezione UV<\/h4>\n<p>L&#8217;esposizione prolungata e non protetta ai raggi UV comporta il rischio di gravi danni agli occhi, come lesioni alla retina e opacizzazione del cristallino.
